Indicative delivery time
Orders are generally delivered within an indicative period of 24–48 hours after processing. This estimate is not a guaranteed deadline and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, adverse weather or exceptional demand.

Accurate address details
Please provide a complete street address, postcode, city, province, recipient name and reachable telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays or failed delivery attempts.
Checking the parcel
When the courier arrives, check the external condition of the parcel where possible. If there is visible damage, note it with the courier and photograph the packaging before opening it.
