Fourteen-day period

Subject to the exceptions established by law, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right

Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw to:

You may use the following wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following goods,” followed by the order details, customer name, address, date and signature where sent on paper.

Returning the goods

After communicating withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days, following the instructions provided by our support team. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us, the direct return costs are borne by the consumer.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments due under applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery where required. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided by law, including certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised goods, or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.
